The Toribio Family Center facilities are operated by the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Mexico.  These properties are used by the Presbyterian church in Juarez and are made available to visiting groups from the United States involved in mission activity and construction projects benefiting the needy persons and families on the outskirts of Juarez.  After a group is finished with their short term mission work and has returned home, their testimony stays behind.  Every group, by the fruits of their labor, form another link in the chain of building the local church.

                                 After many years of work by so many people, the Toribio Family Center is once again "on the move".
