Get to Know Us

In a community that has been torn apart by violent drug wars and longstanding poverty, Arrow Outreach follows Jesus' call to serve "the least of these" by working to eliminate child labor and break the cycle of generational poverty in the city of Juarez, on the US-Mexico border. We create life-changing opportunities by empowering women, families, and youth through education scholarships, skills training, and community support.

How We Serve

The Starfish Scholarship Program provides middle school, high school, and collegiate or technical degree education to Juarez families, where the Mexican government does not fund education past the 6th grade. 500 students have participated in the program to date, helping to break cycles of generational poverty.

Arrow meets the Juarez community's needs by helping individuals and families achieve meaningful improvements to their lives. A grassroots network of community centers and churches are located across the lower-income sections of Juarez, and together they serve people of all ages, backgrounds, and religious affiliations.
